The award was presented at Interswitch’s Lagos headquarters by an Enactus Nigeria delegation, following the conclusion of the 2025 National Competition and as part of Enactus’ 25th anniversary celebration.
Enactus Nigeria, part of the global Enactus network, engages university students in creating entrepreneurial solutions to pressing social and economic issues. Each year, the program culminates in the Enactus World Cup, where student teams showcase impactful projects blending creativity with social change.
Interswitch has been a long-standing partner of Enactus Nigeria, consistently supporting initiatives that nurture Africa’s next generation of innovators and changemakers. This award reaffirms the company’s commitment to youth empowerment and its wider vision of building prosperity across the continent.
Beyond Enactus, Interswitch invests heavily in youth-focused programs like the Interswitch Innovation Discovery Series, which promotes bold new ideas, and InterswitchSPAK, the company’s flagship CSR project—a national science competition that identifies and rewards Africa’s brightest STEM talents.
