Representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment, Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, Acting Permanent Secretary Dr. Dafang I. Sule commended the company for its impact on the nation’s economy, stating that Dangote is “doing a very good job.”
As a key sponsor of the 46th Kaduna International Trade Fair, the Dangote Group continues to receive global recognition for its strides in manufacturing and economic development. Dr. Sule highlighted the company’s role in supporting government policies such as the Backward Integration Programme, emphasizing that “the quality of Dangote products is undeniable, which is why they remain a preferred choice in the market.”
Meanwhile, the Kaduna Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (KADCCIMA) has described its collaboration with the Dangote Group as a major highlight of the trade fair. Speaking to journalists, KADCCIMA’s Director General, Alhaji Usman Saulawa, praised the conglomerate for its contributions to Nigeria’s economy, noting its positive influence on the business landscape in Kaduna and beyond.
With participation from at least five countries, this year’s trade fair— themed “Promoting Efficiency in Manufacturing, Trade, and Agriculture through Digital Transformation”— aims to drive economic progress through innovation.
Saulawa also commended the longstanding partnership between KADCCIMA and the Dangote Group, recognizing Aliko Dangote as a key supporter of the Chamber’s initiatives. Through sponsorships and the active participation of its Strategic Business Units, the Dangote Group continues to play a vital role in fostering economic growth in Kaduna State and across Nigeria.
