At the inaugural Iconic Brands and Legends of Media and Marketing Communications Award, which took place in Lagos on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, inDrive, a worldwide mobility and urban services platform, was named Nigeria’s most exceptional brand in urban service. Among Nigerian ride-hailing services, inDrive was honoured for its openness, equity, and affordability in intercity transport and logistics.

Timothy Oladimeji, inDrive’s Country Representative for Nigeria, spoke about the honour, calling it evidence of the ride-hailing service’s distinctive contribution and dedication to offering its users equitable and easily accessible transportation choices. According to Oladimeji, the award demonstrates the company’s emphasis on affordability, safety, equity, and customer pleasure, solidifying its standing as Nigeria’s preferred ride-hailing service.

According to him, the accomplishment demonstrates the company’s commitment to provide clients with the greatest ride-hailing and logistics experience possible while consistently pushing the boundaries of innovation. He clarified that the mobility platform’s bargaining strategy empowers both drivers and passengers, making it a game-changer in Nigeria’s ride-hailing industry. “We are greatly inspired by this distinction, which will enable us to grow our clientele and keep offering top-notch services.

I can state with certainty that the award confirms our platform’s acceptability and quick uptake by Nigerian drivers and passengers,” he said. Speaking about the criteria and recognition, Samuel Ajayi, the award’s main convener, stated that the platform has offered all of its users distinctive, equitable, and reasonably priced services, making the honour well-deserved.

Ajayi underlined how important it is to recognise the brand’s accomplishments in Nigeria over the past few years, noting that the business has performed very well by all measures. Since joining other Nigerian ride-hailing services, inDrive has truly thrown its weight. I’m pleased to report that inDrive’s distinctive features have upended the Nigerian market and won over a large number of consumers.

Since the brand is the only one offering safe, equitable, effective, and reasonably priced transportation, I can conclude from our research that it continues to be the platform of choice,” he said. Since its debut in Nigeria, inDrive has solidified its position as the industry leader by improving urban transportation and continuously providing top-notch customer service.
