In honor of World Breast Cancer Month 2024, the event was held at the company’s headquarters in Omole, Lagos, in collaboration with Pink Clinic. Hundreds of participants were empowered to put their health first by the program’s free screenings, informative sessions, and preventive health advice.

Olori Aderonke Emmanuelking gave the event’s opening remarks, emphasizing the value of community support and expressing sympathy with people impacted by breast cancer. “We honor all breast cancer fighters today—those who have courageously battled, the survivors who give hope, and the families who offer invaluable support,” she said.

This year’s initiative, which has as its theme “No One Should Face Breast Cancer Alone,” highlights Adron Homes’ dedication to enhancing value and advancing society via significant CSR initiatives. Adron Homes is committed to having a significant impact on the communities it serves by tackling issues like healthcare access and breast cancer awareness.

Pink Clinic’s Chief Medical Director (CMD), Dr. Linda Keku, thanked Adron Homes and Vice Chairman Olori Aderonke Emmanuelking for their continued humanitarian assistance. “A vital first step in increasing awareness is this campaign.

Both men and women can develop breast cancer, and early detection is essential. It’s crucial to see a doctor right away for screening if someone observes changes in their body, Dr. Keku suggested. To demonstrate unity and generate money for cancer research, the campaign also included a Walk Against Breast Cancer.

All participants received individualized care and attention thanks to the free screenings and professional consultations offered by Dr. Keku and her committed staff. An ongoing component of Adron Homes’ CSR initiatives, this collaboration with Pink Clinic demonstrates the company’s dedication to ensuring universal access to healthcare.

Participants were further empowered to take charge of their wellness journeys by workshops that included advice on cancer prevention tactics, healthy lifestyle choices, and self-examination procedures. Initiatives like this, in the opinion of Adron Homes, have a long-lasting effect and promote early detection and awareness as crucial elements of cancer prevention.

Olori Aderonke Emmanuelking stressed the value of leading a balanced lifestyle, advising attendees to regularly examine themselves and stay away from items that are known to cause cancer. Adron Homes’ devotion to improving the health and standard of living of Nigerian communities through a long-lasting cooperation with Pink Clinic is reflected in its CSR commitment.
