“We are prepared to present a distinctive fusion of top-notch entertainment and culture,” Ebinum stated. We are introducing Enugu State to the Brazilian Carnival. “Enugu State used to lead the way in a lot of areas. We are returning the riches of several positive things that the people of Enugu State have done that have nearly been forgotten. Highlife music, the renowned Atilogu dancers, and many other things will return.

Even though we have already done all of these things, we are still preparing for the event. “Our performers have already confirmed that they will be at the event. We are nearly ready since some of the well-known people we are expecting are already excited. We anticipate a one-of-a-kind event that is nothing short of a colossal show.

Another member of the Enugu Christmas Festival planning committee, Emmanuella Osakwe, also spoke on the upcoming event, stating that all of the event’s locations have been verified and that the musical acts that will perform there have also been reserved.

Some of the performers, like as Prof. Festus Dokubo, who is conducting an orchestra of 300 players, have been confirmed. We have already confirmed a few acts for the Afrobeat Night. At the Naira Triangle, a masterpiece—a glowing ball with 500,000 Christmas lights—is already under construction.

Therefore, we are ahead of schedule and making significant progress,” Osakwe said. Events like “African Praise Night,” “Afrobeat Concerts,” “Highlife Performances,” a “Food Bazaar,” “Street Carnivals,” “Cultural Parades,” a “Festival of Dances,” “Art Exhibitions,” a “Phone Exhibition,” and a breathtaking “Fireworks Show” are all part of the Enugu Christmas Festival. Other events include the lively “Santa Street Storm,” where 100 Santas will deliver gifts to underprivileged communities and orphanages, the “Enugu Christmas Yadah,” and a “Beer and Spirit Festival.”

The festivities will culminate with the esteemed “Governor’s Red Ball,” which will bring together political officials, corporate executives, and investors for an evening of honors and celebration. The festival’s organizing company, Omu Resort, is a prestigious business organization well-known throughout Africa for its skill in developing captivating theme parks and providing top-notch entertainment services.
