Eno Udoma-Eniang Has Been Appointed Director of Corporate Affairs and Ikun Dairy Farm (IDF) by Promasidor Nigeria

Eno comes to Promasidor Nigeria from Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services Limited (9Mobile), where she worked in a number of executive positions, most recently as Head of Government and Legislative Affairs.

In this capacity, she oversaw the organization’s corporate, regulatory, and policy interests and promoted a favourable positioning. She joins the Promasidor team with more than thirty years of broad multifunctional expertise in corporate and regulatory affairs, social responsibility, legal practice, and commercial legal management. Her experience is extensive, global, and spans multiple jurisdictions.

She has worked at prestigious law firms such as Udo Udoma & Belo Osagie (Nigeria), Bentsi Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah (Accra, Ghana), UBA Trustees, and Econet Wireless Nigeria (Now Airtel Nigeria). Her experience spans the banking, telecommunications, and law practice industries.

Eno is a tremendous addition to the Promasidor Nigeria leadership team due to her demonstrated track record in advocacy, corporate governance, stakeholder management, and leadership. Eno now holds the position of Second Vice Chairman of the Committee of Legal Advisers & Company Secretaries of the Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA).

Previously, Eno chaired the Legal & Regulatory Committee of the Association of Licenced Telecommunications Operators of Nigeria (ALTON). Dr. Eno Udoma-Eniang is an attorney who graduated with a B.L. from Ghana School of Law and the Nigerian Law School, an MBA in Consultancy Management from Cardiff University, an Executive MBA from Eurasia Business School, and a DBA from EMAS Business School. In addition to being a member of the International Management Academy (IMA), she is also a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, a chartered mediator and conciliator (ChMC), and a chartered secretary and administrator.
