In a heartfelt message, Mojoyin described Dr. Obasa as “a visionary and courageous leader whose legislative brilliance continues to redefine governance and deepen democracy in Lagos State and across Nigeria.”
He commended the Speaker’s leadership, noting that under his watch, the Lagos State House of Assembly has become a model of progressive legislation, youth inclusion, and people-focused governance.
