Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Ltd., a prominent Nigerian agribusiness, wishes its valued clients, associates, and stakeholders a very happy holiday season. The company’s Group Managing Director, Dr. Ayoola Oduntan, used the occasion to consider the meaning of Christmas and exhort everyone to embrace the authentic Christian principles.
Thank you for visiting The Vestigator, don't forget to share!
He highlighted how the birth of Jesus Christ symbolised the virtues of compassion, kindness, and peace—qualities that are essential to building a better and more peaceful country. In keeping with the spirit of the season, Christmas is a time for both celebration and contemplation on Christ’s teachings. Let us keep in mind the principles of love, kindness, and peace as we commemorate this Yuletide, as they can contribute to the betterment of our country,” Dr. Oduntan remarked.
He also emphasised how important a healthy diet—especially one rich in protein—is to people’s health, especially that of youngsters. Dr. Oduntan pointed out that with a nationwide prevalence rate of 32% among children under five, Nigeria has the second-highest burden of stunted children in the world. Severe acute malnutrition (SAM) affects an estimated 2 million children in Nigeria, severely impeding their development and growth.
Dr. Oduntan went on to say, “Dietary protein is crucial, particularly for kids under five.” “To guarantee that every Nigerian has access to an adequate protein intake, I call on government agencies, policymakers, and pertinent stakeholders to collaborate, particularly during this season.” Dr. Oduntan emphasised how natnudO Foods, a subsidiary of Amo Farm, is supplying premium animal protein to help ensure the country’s food security.
He also discussed how the Noiler bird, an agro-innovation of the corporation, is improving rural communities’ quality of life by providing a sustainable supply of protein. “Families in rural communities benefit from the inexpensive and wholesome meat and eggs that noilers provide, improving their economic and nutritional well-being,” he said. He added that Amo Farm recently started the Noiler City Initiative to give city people affordable access to fresh eggs and meat in response to growing food prices in urban areas and by drawing inspiration from the usage of Noiler birds in rural communities to increase protein intake.
As he looked back on the previous year, Dr. Oduntan conveyed his appreciation for Amo Farm’s customers, partners, and stakeholders’ steadfast support, whose faith has been crucial to the company’s success. We reiterate our commitment to developing a healthier, more prosperous Nigeria via improved nutrition and sustainable farming practices as we look to the next year’, he said.
“As we commemorate this unique season, let us remember to nourish our bodies with the protein that supports our health and vitality,” said Mrs. Itoro Awala-Ale, the company’s business development manager. Amo Farm is dedicated to making sure you and your loved ones are well fed during the season and beyond through its subsidiaries. Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Ltd. wishes its clients, associates, and stakeholders a happy and prosperous New Year, full of health, joy, and ongoing success, in keeping with the spirit of the season.
In the upcoming year, the company hopes to make even more contributions to the country’s food security and the development of a robust agricultural industry.
