Women With a Mission Africa, a leading pan-African platform dedicated to unity, innovation, and empowerment, has announced the 2025 edition of its flagship Women With a Mission Conference. The event will take place on November 20–21, 2025, in Lagos, Nigeria.

This year’s theme — “Enhancing Africa’s Worth Through Economic Integration: Driving Change, Growth, Innovation, and Collaboration” — reflects the organisation’s commitment to strengthening partnerships, deepening trade links, and building sustainable pathways to shared prosperity across Africa.
Ahead of the gathering, the Women With a Mission Africa team met with government and private-sector stakeholders to secure support for the conference. Among those who endorsed the initiative were:
- Mrs. Titilayo Oshodi, Special Adviser on Climate Change and Sustainability to the Governor of Lagos State, who praised the vision and pledged her support.
- Mr. Idris Aregbe, Special Adviser on Tourism, Arts and Culture to the Governor of Lagos State, who commended the effort and promised the state’s backing in fostering economic growth through collaboration.
- Mrs. Josephine Sarouk, Managing Director of Bayobab, who pledged institutional support to ensure the event delivers meaningful outcomes for women and Africa at large.
- Rt. Hon. Mojisola Lasbat Meranda, Deputy Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, who endorsed the conference and confirmed her participation, stressing the importance of strong trade and economic ties among African nations.
These endorsements highlight the increasing recognition of Women With a Mission Africa’s role in advancing integration and innovation-driven growth across the continent.
Speaking about the importance of the event, Mrs. Temitope Victoria Adasonla, Founder of Women With a Mission Africa, said:
