A public notice warning against any transactions involving the purchase, sale, lease, or rental of the Hampton Harbour landed property has been issued by Structured HQ Legal (SHQ).

The 19.5-hectare landed property, which is owned by Baggeren International Company, is situated in Elegushi Royal Family Land, Ikate Ancient City, Eti Osa, Local Government Area, Lagos State. It has reference number 376/376/2777GC.
The firm informed the newsmen in an official press release that the property is presently being investigated by the law and warned that anybody or anything doing business in Hampton Harbour does so at their own risk.
They also underlined that illegal transactions may result in large financial losses and subject the participants to legal repercussions. SHQ added that any individual or individuals who engage in any transactions involving the Hampton Harbour property run the danger of suffering monetary losses as well as possible legal action, pointing out that such transactions could lead to criminal and civil penalties for fraud or trespass.
