According to a report by Izuchukwu Adichie, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media, the 10.8km and 5.8km roads will be equipped with solar-powered streetlights to improve safety and allow for 24-hour business operations, as well as contemporary drainage systems that will stop erosion and floods, which have long afflicted the region.
