An exclusive dinner was held on Friday by Keystone Bank Limited, one of Nigeria’s top financial service providers, to honour and thank its devoted clients for their steadfast support in 2024. The renowned Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos served as the venue for the event, which had the theme “Celebrating Partnership.”
Lady Ada Chukwudozie, the chairman of Keystone Bank, thanked all of the bank’s stakeholders in her welcome remarks. She also mentioned that the appreciation dinner is a part of the bank’s larger plan to interact personally with its clients and strengthen its standing as a reliable financial partner.
Additionally, Mr. Hassan Imam, the bank’s managing director and CEO, expressed gratitude to the bank’s stakeholders, clients, and employees for their dedication and perseverance in helping to establish Keystone Bank as one of the nation’s top financial institutions. “We have created a number of goods that the CBN has also approved. The number of new accounts opened each month has surged by more than 150 percent.
Additionally, we established the Keystone Bank Educational Support Initiative for the educational sector in collaboration with the state governments as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility. Lagos, Zamfara, Ekiti, Anambra, Katsina, Kaduna, Ebonyi, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Kano, Benue, and Borno states were among the twelve states where we carried out projects during the first phase.
Separately, Governors Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and Dr. Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State sent their sincere appreciation to Keystone Bank for its significant corporate social responsibility efforts in their respective states. Keystone Bank was praised by Governor Lawal in particular for being the first financial institution to visit Zamfara State and carry out successful CSR initiatives.
The CEO of the bank, Hassan Imam, was commended by both governors for his visionary leadership in guiding the bank’s amazing transformation in such a short amount of time. They also acknowledged the bank’s beneficial influence in their states and communities and reiterated their dedication to maintaining their association with it.
Other dignitaries in attendance included Dr Samuel Ode, the deputy governor of Benue State; Senator Aminu Tambuwal, the former governor of Sokoto; Dr Nasir Yusuf Gawuna, the former deputy governor of Kano; and Mr Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate.
