In order to improve the ability of officers and men managing the Nigerian Armed Forces’ information units, the Acting Vice Chancellor of the University of Abuja, Aisha Sani Maikudi Ph.D., Professor of International Law, has agreed to collaborate with and instruct students at the Nigerian Army School of Public Relations and Information (NASPRI) in Electronic Public Relations (E-PR), Media, and Information Operations.

This was revealed by Aisha Maikudi during her reception with Lieutenant Colonel Adamu Ngulde, Acting Commandant of the Nigerian Army School of Public Relations and Information (NASPRI), at the VC’s Conference Room at the Senate Building University of Abuja.
In welcoming the Commandant and his entourage, the Vice-Chancellor, represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration, Professor Philip Afaha, commended the Directorate of Army Public Relations for providing timely information on military engagement and activities to keep Nigerians and the rest of the world informed.
He also gave NASPRI credit for their efforts to learn more about media, information operations, and electronic public relations.
He emphasized that a nation’s military is its final line of defense and said that the military should not let criminal elements outthink it in the realm of media and information operations.
