Prior to today’s game against Libya, Primate Elijah Ayodele, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has urged the Nigerian super eagles to try to qualify for the Nations Cup.
Thank you for visiting The Vestigator, don't forget to share!
In a message, the prophet acknowledged the suffering that Nigerians endured and clarified that the super eagles’ victory will significantly mitigate suffering.
He disclosed that, if the team is sincere, he has knelt down to pray for them, and the Super Eagles can overcome Libya three goals to none.
The prophet urged Nigerians to pray for the acting coach of the Super Eagles so they would have success in their match against Libya and advised the NFF to begin rewarding players for their accomplishments.
We are united by football, so I’ve knelt down to pray for the Super Eagles. We need something to counteract the difficult circumstances facing the nation, and their success can be beneficial.
“Aside from this, I want to make an appeal to the NFF to start recognizing our players—both local and international—who have served the nation. If the Super Eagles are serious, they can defeat Libya 3-0. In order for Eguaveon to have luck and succeed, Nigerians should pray for him.
Primate Ayodele further disclosed that Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau, the present president of the NFF, will win a second term in office and added that anyone who opposes him is making jokes. “Alhaji Gusau is guaranteed a second term; he deserves one after performing so admirably in the first. His plans to end his second term have failed miserably. The nation will be able to play in the Nations Cup.
