In order to improve the quality of education and maintain a strong educator-to-student ratio of at least 1 to 30, about 8,115 talented instructors have been hired to staff public schools. Significant upgrades to school facilities have also been completed, resulting in settings that support academic progress and productive learning.
The Soludo government has removed financial barriers to education for numerous households by implementing free education from nursery to senior secondary school (SSS) levels in public schools. This is a remarkable achievement. These measures have had an immediate and significant impact.

Top rank on the Federal Government list and a brand-new Hyundai Accent automobile were awarded to Mr. Nwosu Joseph Afamefuna of Government Technical College, Osomala, Anambra State, who won the title of Overall Best Teacher in all categories.
