The goal of this strategic alliance is to increase SERVICOM’s ability to fulfil its mission. A major step towards the Foundation’s goal of revolutionising public service delivery in Nigeria has been taken with this partnership. The Foundation hopes to increase SERVICOM’s ability to provide the Nigerian people with effective and efficient services by partnering with the organisation.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with SERVICOM on this important project,” stated Ofovwe Aig-Imoukhuede, the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation’s executive vice chair. It is logical for our organisations to work together since we are both dedicated to enhancing the lives of Nigerians via effective and efficient public service. We shall put out endless effort as a team to provide SERVICOM with the resources and capability it needs to fulfil its mission.

The alliance will prioritise a number of important issues. The Foundation will help SERVICOM employees develop their skills so they can successfully track and assess efforts to change service delivery throughout the Nigerian Civil Service. Furthermore, it will support Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) in creating and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee adherence to best practices and enhanced service delivery.

The Foundation will also assist SERVICOM in implementing ISO 9001 quality management systems throughout MDAs in an effort to further improve service quality. As part of this support, technical know-how and direction will be given to guarantee certification and implementation success.

Lastly, the Foundation will help SERVICOM carry out thorough requirements analyses of MDAs in order to find gaps in service delivery and create customised solutions. The Foundation hopes to provide a more citizen-centric and responsive public service by collaborating closely with SERVICOM.

The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation and SERVICOM have established a robust collaboration with the signing of the MOU. The two institutions are committed to working together to improve Nigeria’s public service in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability.
